Also, check the <strong>shackles<\/strong>, as they are responsible for supporting <strong>heavy loads<\/strong> and ensuring a <strong>firm anchorage<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The<strong> knots<\/strong> must be <strong>strong<\/strong> to keep the boat in place, and the <strong>fenders<\/strong> are essential to <strong>prevent knocks and scratches<\/strong>, acting as the boat&#8217;s bumper. <strong>Reinforce<\/strong>\u00a0them and choose the right ones according to the <strong>size of your boat.<\/strong> Placing the name of your boat on the fenders is useful for <strong>easy identification<\/strong> if they become loose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pick up any loose lines<\/strong> and leave them securely attached to the mooring, to avoid <strong>tripping hazards<\/strong> that could cause <strong>accidents<\/strong> to others. In addition, covering the boat with <strong>protective tarps<\/strong> is essential to shield it from the weather and safeguard the electronic systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have a <strong>sailboat<\/strong>, remember to <strong>fold and protect<\/strong> <strong>the sails well<\/strong>.
