Marina Palamós has once again been awarded the Blue Flag, the international distinction that recognises environmental quality, safety, services and the proper management of marina facilities.
The Blue Flag is one of the most widely recognised international certifications for coastal and marina environments. Awarded by the Association for Environmental and Consumer Education (ADEAC), the Spanish member of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), it annually assesses compliance with demanding criteria related to service quality, safety, accessibility, environmental information and sustainability.

The renewal of this recognition highlights the continuous work carried out by the entire Marina Palamós team to maintain safe, clean and environmentally responsible facilities, while providing a high-quality service to berth holders, visitors and visiting yachts.
Receiving the Blue Flag is not the result of a single action, but of a daily commitment to continuous improvement. Throughout the year, Marina Palamós develops a range of initiatives aimed at protecting the marine environment and promoting sustainable port operations, including environmental monitoring projects, marine biodiversity studies, renewable energy generation and environmental awareness and conservation initiatives.
This recognition also reflects the importance of continuing to promote responsible marina management, compatible with nautical activity and the preservation of the surrounding marine ecosystems.
At Marina Palamós, we would like to thank everyone whose dedication and commitment help maintain the quality standards required by this distinction. Renewing the Blue Flag is a source of pride, but also a responsibility that we embrace with the determination to continue improving year after year.
We will continue working to ensure that Marina Palamós remains a benchmark for quality, sustainability and excellence in marina management.
