Next Saturday, December 27th, Palamós will once again host one of the most anticipated sporting traditions of the year: Sansiswim 2025, the popular winter open-water swim that brings together swimmers of all ages and skill levels to say goodbye to the year in a unique way —with the sea, solidarity, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

This year’s Sansiswim carries a very special meaning. After the collapse of the pool dome on March 29th, the Club Natació Palamós has worked tirelessly to keep its activities alive, adapting to new circumstances, reorganising, and proving that the spirit of the club goes far beyond a building. That is why this edition will be a warm collective embrace, supporting the Club’s recovery and ensuring that its sporting and social mission can continue.

A unique experience: from sea to celebration

Sansiswim 2025 offers a 1,500-metre route, non-competitive and open to everyone. A swim designed to enjoy the peaceful winter sea, starting at La Fosca and finishing at Marina Palamós, passing the iconic Morro del Vedell cove.

And as tradition dictates, the finish line will be full of activity and good vibes:

  • ☕🍫 Hot chocolate

  • 💃 Live dance performance

  • 🎶 Ambient music

  • 👕 Merchandising and the special 10th-anniversary swim cap

  • 🍽️ Lunch for all participants

  • 🚿 Shower facilities

  • 🅿️ Free parking

  • 🚌 Bus transfer for all swimmers

All of this creates an atmosphere that turns the event into much more than a swim: it becomes a celebration of community and togetherness.
